This weeks Celebrity is who else? Kelly Rowland, Ms. Rowland knows how to switch it up as u can see in all the pictures she looks fabulous every time. I chose Kelly because she is not only beautiful but bold, adventurous and carefree. All four of these styles are wilds free flowing yet neat and suitable for her lovely face. There is always layers layers and more layers hands down she is one on my top 10 favorites.
