Now we didn't give him that title TMZ did, and for good reason. The rapper we all know as Gucci Mane who's real name is Radric Davis recently filled a "Special Plea of Mental Incompetency" in a Georgia courtroom Monday. Davis claims he is unfit to fight prosecutors' efforts to revoke his probation, according to court official documents the 30-year-old claims he is unable to "intelligently participate in the probation revocation hearing." Wow, Gucci Mane has reportedly been ordered into custody and was immediately committed into a mental health treatment facility where his mental condition is currently under evaluation.
This past November he was arrested for resisting arrest during a routine traffic stop in Atlanta where officers had to use pepper spray after Gucci assaulted another person during an argument. Charges including obstruction of officers, interference with government property, reckless driving and other counts were eventually dropped. Then in May he was released from an Atlanta jail after serving six months for violating probation on another assault charge.
At this point I think it's safe to say that Gucci has yet to learn his lesson and I'm more than sure this is probably funny to him. Every time we see him he looks high and poor decisions are made. All this says to kids is that you don�t need to have a lick of intelligence to have money and be successful, that is as long as you manage to stay away from court. SMDH�next time you get pulled over, tell em you don�t comprehend laws and see if you can get off too.
