Ray J's fifth Album is said to be released next month entitled Raydiation 2, here is his latest video off the album featuring Ludacris for the single "Celebration." I must admit it is a very fun, entertaining video of Ray in Japan during his touring of the country. Although Ludacris wasn't present for the festivities the video wasn't lacking in footage showing Ray J as we've never really seen him before rocking the crowd, dancing and of course licking his lips check it out here first!
