Ciara made an official statement on her Facebook page yesterday, a note to all her fans entitled "My Time To Speak." A great number of people in the music industry were wondering why she would pick Valentine's Day and a social networking cite like Facebook to make such an announcement as this. But many of Ciara's fans weren't surprised and had been waiting for Ci Ci to address rumors that her label Jive Records had dropped her due to extremely low record sales from her last two albums.
