While airing on �Fashion Police� with Joan Rivers on E!��TV, Ciara had a lil bit of feisty words for Rihanna. Apparently the last recent time they came into contact with one another, Rihanna wasn�t so pleasant to Ciara. Joan Rivers summed it up by calling Rihanna a �bitch�.
