Ciara's Birthday

Ciara was spotted in NYC today celebrating her birthday with her one and only BFF Kim Kardashian you may remember the two were out last weekend for Kim's birthday October is a very popular month indeed and not due to halloween. So many people I know are October's very own including my Older sister who will be 21 again for the 10th time I believe....Love you Sister happy B-day in advance!!!!
