I was asked recently this question... How do you feel about lace front wigs??? Truthfully I hate them for several reasons but I will not take up to much of your time writing my 99 reasons why. First they have made African American women in particular extremely lazy when it comes to hair care of their own hair underneath the wig. I've had several clients who come in with their hairline yes, hairline completely broken off. I myself can only think its from the neglect they've shown to their hair or maybe the chemicals from the wigs. Second no one is rocking a Beyonce or Tyra quality lace front it's usually synthetic hair that after about a week or two it looks like Barbie doll hair. My last complaint is the person/persons selling them to the consumer is not a trained professional they are simply in it to make money not to make a women look her best as I do when some one is in my chair. �
