Is Ryan Seacrest The New King Of Reality TV?

You read it right Ryan Seacrest is "The Most Powerful Man In Reality TV," WOW. According to The Hollywood Reporter Magazine's fourth annual 'Reality Power' list Seacrest is at the very top of the charts ousting former 'American Idol' judge Simon Cowell who reigned as number one in 2009 and 2010. The ranking were determined by the follow:

The rankings were determined by, among other things: Having a reputation for quality and innovation within the business; the indelible mark one makes on his or her shows as overseeing executive, producer, or talent; ones overall impact on pop culture, and the �watercooler� factor: Ones ability to create dramatic, comedic and can�t-miss TV moments.

In Seacrest�s case, it is an ever-expanding slate of buzzworthy programs that landed him at No.1, including: a resurgent Idol in the wake of Cowell�s high-profile departure; an Emmy win in August for the Seacrest-produced Jamie Oliver�s Food Revolution; and four iterations of the red-hot Kardashian franchise. Similarly working in his favor is the power of the Ryan Seacrest brand, which reaches an audience of more than 35 million weekly � and that�s just on TV.

Ryan is the ultimate hustler not only does he do Reality TV and American Idol he also has a hit morning radio show that is all the buzz in Los Angeles entitled "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" on 102.7 KISS FM. You'll be shocked to know that Kris Jenner came in at #50 on the list.

Cover 2 Cover: Khloe Kardashian-Odom For YRB Magazine

The "Jolly Green Giant" of the Kardashian Klan is on the cover of YRB magazine like you've never seen her before. We've got the entire spread for your viewing pleasure. Now, Mrs. Odom normally posses with her two sister Kim and Kourtney usually looking the same with the exception of her hair being straight or curled with a part down the middle and natural make-up. Well that was so not the case for this photo shoot, here's what KK had to say about the shoot:

�I�ve always wanted to do an edgier photo shoot. But so often people think I�m not capable of pulling it off.� 

From the looks of the pictures she owned the edgy dominatrix look and worked it. Khloe recently sat down with Perez Hilton and had this to say:

How she met Lamar?:

I met him at a club. I hosted a �Welcome to the Lakers� party for Ron Artest, and we met there. I was so not interested in him at the time, and I was really rude to him. He asked me to go to IHOP after the party. I went, gave him my number afterwards, and the rest is history.

What tech gadgets they use to keep up with each other:

 ?We are huge texters. We have like four-hour conversations. We love iChat with video. We like to have fun and keep the excitement going, so sometimes we call it iBone and give each other a little show.

How she balances personal versus public information about her:

?Because my family and I do reality TV, that line is very blurred. I try to be as balanced as possible by my surroundings. Having the same childhood friends help you with that because they keep you grounded.

The biggest misconception about her:

?Hmm, Good question. I�m not sure. But, when people meet me they normally have three things to say; 1. �Wow you are so tiny. You aren�t fat! Ok Weird, but thanks, I guess? LOL 2. �OMG, you are so sweet!� 3. �You aren�t that tall!� Everyone that I meet thinks I should be 6�3� or taller. So funny, but I guess compared to Kourtney and Kim I look super tall. I�m 5�10� and they are about 5�0� and 5�2,� so I do look tall. I�m really just normal and they are tiny little girls. LOL.

Her biggest New Year�s Resolution?:

To be more proactive in my health, I have been so good about it! I want to be ahead of the game and really focus on me from the inside out.
