It looks like the Kardashian Klan is pulling out all the stops for the first season of 'Kim & Kourtney Take New York' many celeb's have made guest appearances like Kanye West and Kim's BFF Ciara; we also witnessed Scott get into an altercation with a couple that verbally abused Kim at a nightclub.
