"Pink Friday" Madness with Nicki Minaj And Her Almost Million Dollar Concert That Has Trinidad & Tobago In A World Of Trouble

After spending close to 1 Million Dollars, $869,000 to be exact on the now World Famous Rapper Nicki Minaj her home country Trinidad & Tobago is in a world of trouble. The country publicized the show to the max and featured Nicki's MTV documentary "My Time Now." So just what in the HELL did they spend the C. R. E. A. M. on? Here's the breakdown:

Advertising $150,000
Local Culture Cost $26,000
Fashion Show $60,000
Boarding fees at the Hilton Trinidad $60,343
Local Artist fees $40,000
Booking Minaj $382,000 That included her talent fees plus her entourage and agent fees.

Well, I'll be Dammed, I'm getting booty implants and I'll make me some wigs, because I'm definitely in the wrong profession. A local Trinidad newspaper reported the concert was held to launch the Ministry's localize campaign. Although the crowd expectation was high the turn out was low due to the pricing of the tickets. VIP range from $250-$450, Kids Zone was $100 a pop and $200 for the parent that accompanied the child. VVIP and MTV Zone was an affordable $900. It appears the tax payers monies were used due to the denial of funding to youth organizations because of the expenditures of the concert. #WDDD@? Where Dey Do Dat At?
