First of all (That's how you know when a ninja upset) I need to know what this is. Second of all I already know a hot mess, no it's a hot damn mess! Fashion Police have you arrested Ashanti and her momma? If so hold em' we ain't bailing them out! All jokes aside seriously what was she thinking, what was her momma thinking and lastly what was her stylist thinking? I need these questions answer ASAP until then I will assume this was a practical joke.
