Regina Carter AKA Weezey F. Baby Jr., 12! She's officially a pre-teen, with a birthday party that was off the chain filled with fun, food, family, friends and fabulous gifts like a Gucci carry on bag. All the evenings guest Joined Regina, mom Toya and Dad Wayne at Ludacris' restaurant Straits in Atlanta Georgia. Check out more pictures of the birthday girl and all who were in attendance!

Oh, what a happy family Memphitz and his daughter and Toya with her birthday girl. This is a gorgeous chocolate family!

Were not sure if Wayne and Nivea are still dating/engaged but what we do know is she loves Regina she also attended the festivities and looked too cute if only we could crop that hat out SMH.

Did someone call the fire department? Tiny was there with her fire engine red hair that she can't let go, to eat, drink and be merry with the  family. I'm sure going out and hanging with friends helps ease the loss of her husband for the 100th time. Keep ya head up T.I.P.

This party looked not only fun but interesting there were ex's, baby mommas and daddy, fiances, future step parents and the OMG Girls that look like they're 15 going on 35. I appreciate Toya now at first on her show "Tiny & Toya" she was really on my last nerve about Wayne, I was like girl will you get over it cause he 3 babies over you. But, now look at her that rock and that fine specimen of a man that's her fiance in the words of Martin "YOU BETTA GO GIRL!"
